Privacy Policy

TagdiBody collects nothing about you. There is no server, no account, no analytics and no advertising. This page explains what that means in practice.

The short version. Your workouts, your plan, your profile and your photo stay on your iPhone, and sync only through your own private iCloud, which we cannot read. The app makes no network requests of its own. We could not identify you if we tried.

What the app stores, and where

Everything you put into TagdiBody is stored on your device: your training profile, your generated plan, every set you log, your settings, and the avatar photo if you choose one.

If you are signed in to iCloud, that same data also syncs to your own private iCloud database so your devices agree with each other. Apple provides this storage and it belongs to your Apple Account. The developer has no access to it and no way to request access to it.

What the app sends anywhere

Nothing. The app has no servers, contacts no servers of ours, and contains no third-party code that could contact anyone else. There are no analytics, no crash-reporting services, no advertising networks and no tracking of any kind. The app never shows an App Tracking Transparency prompt because it has nothing to ask for.

There are exactly two ways data can leave, and you have to be the one to do it:

Export. You tap Export in the You tab, the app produces a JSON file of your data, and the system share sheet lets you choose where it goes. The app never sends that file anywhere by itself.
Exercise demo links. Tapping a demo opens YouTube or Safari, which then applies its own privacy policy. TagdiBody sends nothing about you along with the link.

Apple Health

If you allow it, TagdiBody reads one value from Apple Health: your bodyweight. It is used while the app is open to draw your bodyweight chart and the relative strength bars on the Progress tab.

It is never saved to the app's storage, never included in your export, and never synced to iCloud.
Nothing is ever written back to Apple Health.
No other health data of any kind is requested, including your height, date of birth or workouts.
The app works fully if you decline. You will just type your bodyweight in yourself.

You can revoke access at any time in the Health app, under Sharing, then Apps.

Your photo

The optional avatar is chosen through the standard iOS photo picker, which passes the app only the single image you pick. The app never gains access to your photo library. The image is resized on your device and stored with the rest of your data.

Payment

TagdiBody is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple, before the app is ever installed. The app itself contains no purchase flow and never sees your name, your email or any payment details. If you delete it, download it again from the App Store with the same Apple Account and you will not be charged twice.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app uses them for one thing: telling you your rest timer has finished. They are scheduled on your device by your device. There are no push notifications from a server, because there is no server.

Children

TagdiBody is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Deleting your data

Open the You tab and choose Delete all my data. It removes everything from this device immediately and permanently, and the deletion syncs to your iCloud, usually within a minute or two. Deleting the app also removes its local data. There is nothing held on our side to request the deletion of, because nothing is ever sent to us.

Your rights

Laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export and delete personal data a company holds about you. TagdiBody holds none, so there is nothing for us to look up, hand over or erase. You already have direct and complete access to everything the app knows: it is on your phone, you can export all of it at any time, and you can delete all of it at any time. The app does not sell or share personal information, and never has.

Changes

If a future version of the app ever changes any of this, this page will be updated before that version ships, and the date at the top will change with it.
